Accessibility at Star Smiles
A practice that is easy to get into and a team that plans your visit around your needs. Here is how we can help.
Visiting the practice
Ramp at the entrance
Our practice at 1 Plato Crescent has a ramp at the entrance, so you can come in with a wheelchair, walking frame or pram.
Tell us what you need
When you book, let us know about anything that would make your visit easier: extra time, a quieter appointment, help getting into the chair, or sensory and communication needs. Our team will plan your visit around you.
Bring someone with you
You are welcome to bring a carer, family member or support person into your appointment. Assistance animals are welcome.
Contacting us
If you are deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech impairment, you can email us or call through the National Relay Service.
If you feel anxious
Tell us when you book. We explain each step before we start, and you can ask questions at any time.

Using this website
- Everything works with a keyboard and with screen readers. Each star in the star map is a real button, and the same choices appear as a plain list.
- You can pause motion from the header, or turn on “Reduce motion” in the footer for a still sky. Your device’s reduced-motion setting is respected.
- Text can be enlarged with your browser’s zoom without losing content.
- We test pages with automated accessibility checks and keyboard use, aiming for WCAG 2.2 level AA.
If something does not work for you, please call us on (03) 9562 0675 or email info@starsmiles.com.au and tell us. We will fix it.
