Each set of aligners is made for your teeth and moves them a small amount. You change to the next set every week or two, as your dentist advises, until your teeth reach their planned position.

What aligners can help with
- Crowded teeth
- Gaps between teeth
- Some overbites, underbites and crossbites
- Teeth that have moved after earlier braces
Living with aligners
Aligners need to be worn for about 20 to 22 hours a day to work. You take them out to eat, drink anything other than water, and brush. Regular visits let your dentist check progress.
After treatment
Teeth can move back without retainers, so you will wear a retainer afterwards to hold your new smile in place.

Yes. Many adults choose clear aligners because they are discreet and removable.
We offer both Invisalign® and Spark clear aligners (Spark is made by Ormco). Your dentist will check your teeth and bite, then talk you through how each system works, the visits involved and the costs, so you can choose together.
